Refund policy

Items may be returned within 30 days (of delivery) so long as the item is in new and unopened condition (not resealed). The buyer pays for return shipping and will receive a full refund of the purchase price less the original cost of shipping.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If one of your items arrives damaged or faulty please send a picture of the damage to us at info@animapins.com, within 14 days (of delivery) and we'll send you a return shipping label at no charge. Once the damaged item is received you'll receive a full refund of the purchase price including shipping.

ERRONEOUS ORDERS

If you receive an order that includes items differing from what you'd ordered, please contact us at info@animapins.com and we'll have the correct items sent out to you via your original chosen shipping method at no charge. You will not be required to send back any erroneous items.

MISSING ITEMS

If you receive an order that's missing one or more items please contact us at info@animapins.com and we'll have the missing item(s) sent out to you via your original chosen shipping method at no charge.
